54 Wisconsin and northern Illinois artists have created original works for Art of the Draw playing cards.  Each artist was challenged to design a piece of artwork that incorporated the suit of a particular card.  A new deck, Art of the Draw 2, is to be released on December 10, 2011 during a reception from 6-9 PM at ArtWorks, 5002 7th Ave., Kenosha, WI.  The original work of the artists included in Art of the Draw 2 will be on display in the ArtWorks gallery that evening. Visitors may bid on these pieces with proceeds benefiting Kenosha Community Media, a nonprofit organization, whose Southport Press division creates projects and publications to showcase local artists and authors.
